Lately, I’ve been in a – for lack of a better word- funk. I’ve narrowed it down to an underwhelming daily self-care routine which is starting to affect my overall wellbeing. For example; my shoulder has been dodgy for a while now. So we will figure out my self-care routine today and get myself out of this so-called funk.



So this is what I would like to include in my daily activities;

  • Fitness
  • Hygiene
  • Career
  • Spiritual

Okay so here’s the plan…


Routine On the days I have work:

  • Gym(For this I need to buy a cute gym set)
  • Prayer and Reflection
  • Walking to Work
  • Calling Friends
  • Working on my blog
  • Going to the park

  • Paint my nails
  • Do my lashes
  • Deep facials
  • Gratitude & Journaling
  • Prayer and Listening to Gospel Music
  • Lashes + Nails + Full Body Exfoliation

75 Soft Adventure!

It just so happens that I started 75 Soft today. I have 3 main things that I need to achieve every day for the next 75 days:

  1. Go to the Gym or 15k Steps in or Go to play Tennis
  2. Apply to one Job every day
  3. This one is personal

I might have the urge to post a blog every week, but I will try to post an update on how it is going every week and find a way to link to the section for the week.

With that being said, I’m going to leave you and love you. I will drop another post pretty soon because I am tired of being inconsistent. Soo see you swoon.
